Always amazing food and service.

Mexican restaurant pleasantly a little out of the ordinary. Many dishes are one of kind or orignal touches to traditional dishes.

Food is decent but every single time you make a to go order it will be wrong. I just made an order giving them another chance and again it was wrong.

I have been going since they opened as always the food is good however the quality of the service and the time it takes to get the food has gone down so much I will most likely be looking for a new place to eat

Tonight was the only time we came to this location. The food was pretty bland. The staff only spoke limited words to us. I ordered the Enchaladas Maria and it came with ground beef instead of shredded without letting me know in advance. With understanding that things happen, they were going to skimp on the meat and still charge the higher amount. I will not be coming back.

So I have no idea how this place has so many 5 star reviews and let me tell you why. Immediately when I arrived and went inside, I felt immensely uncomfortable, the place was kinda rundown and didn’t seem sanitary. My friend and I sat down and ordered our food, the food looked decent not gonna lie, but it was disgusting. My food was greasy, like cutting into it, it was saturated in grease. My rice had a shrimp tail in it and nothing I ordered included shrimp. The beans were bland and runny, the chips were old, and the salsa tasted like plain, raw onions. The staff was very strange lots of people kept entering the kitchen but coming out with no food and no one was wearing gloves or proper equipment to make sure everything was sanitary. The tables were gross and you could feel the springs through the seats. I was very disappointed and will not be returning.

Great place. Nice waitress helping me learn Spanish. Shrimp burtito was delicious.

Good food. Delivery needed work. Table of 4, one entrée delivered, a minute or so later other dishes come out. Two-three minutes later sides for one dish come out.Waiter's timing wasn't very good either.

Caught roaches running under the table!! My wife and I left immediately. Rude management, and awful experience.

Okay being from Georgia where my two favorite Mexican style restaurant's are, I have given up on finding one in Alabama that could even come close well today I found it. This place is awesome & they have cheese dip with no jalapenos so I am sold.

Excellent food

I always enjoy this place. They have great food, attentive service at fair prices. I had the steak burrito and my daughter had the shrimp burrito. Both were delicious. I highly recommend this place.

Very fresh food and wonderful staff

First, I will say that we have eaten here numerous times and the food and service was great! This was not the case today. We waited an hour for our 1st meal to be served, we were a party of six, it took 20 minutes before the last person got served. The salsa tasted like canned tomatoes and the chicken in my meal was rubbery like it had been reheated several times. When we spoke to the manager, he flippantly said, we had 1 of our cooks call in and had to pull a server to help cook. We will be spending our money elsewhere.

The food is top notch! The staff and owner treat you like family. The restaurant is always clean and beautiful!! You definitely get your money's worth with every entree! Family friendly atmosphere. You'll be glad you choose to eat there!!

Our sever was excellent, the food was delicious and came out very quickly. Incredible value for the amount of food you receive. The best Mexican restaurant in Hartselle for sure. Will be back and highly suggest this to everyone!

This place is not good. Outrageous prices. Service was unacceptable. I will most likely not be coming back.

The food is excellent! The restaurant is very clean (I have seen the kitchen which is as well) and the entire staff are extremely customer oriented. It is a wonderful place to take family for lunch or dinner. I highly recommend dining at Las Vias! Watch out, their original home recipes are addicting...as are their margaritas!

I had I 2 tocos beef and cheese and I got I little bit beef and no cheese and there fly’s all over the place

It always comes down to great service. I eat here often and always get great service. One of my favorite local places to eat. They make it feel like home. Everyone is very friendly. Good is delicious too.

Visiting from out of state. They offer salsa and jalapeno dip with their chips. The salsa is flavorless but the dip is absolutely delicious. The queso is extremely thin but still okay. The service is very friendly and it's an extremely relaxed and simple place for a late lunch.

Order take out , did not get one of our orders, called to tell them about it, and they was so rude , telling us they was out of we order, but need call and tell us, and when I said well guess just cancel , they hung up on me!!!!! I will never order food from them again!

We came around 7:20 they were busy but happy to have us! We sat outside because the weather was beautiful! We only encountered 1 insect which is amazing when you sit outside!! We ordered our food around 7:25 and by 7:40 it was cooked and it was ours!! They were fast even though they were busy. The customer service is phenomenal. Everyone is so nice. They frequently checked on us which is awesome because most places forget about you when you sit outside! Oh and the food? WONDERFUL!!! DELICIOUS!! Even at their busiest they have a smile and they get it done! Everyone works together to ensure the customer is happy!! OH!! AND THE CHEESE DIP is delicious! And SALSA is deliciously refreshing!! My enchiladas as always were PERFECT!! We only go to 2 different Mexican restaurants and this is one of them. This is the best Mexican restaurant in hartselle! THANK YOU GUYS FOR THE WONDERFUL SERVICE! ❤️

My husband and I had a take out order last night. We've been to the one in Decatur and it was excellent so this was our first time trying the one in hartselle. We were not disappointed at all. The serving size was great, the guacamole was out of this world good and everything was so fresh. I was hesitant to order to go but they did such a great job at preparing and playing our food. Everyone there was very nice and knew what they were doing. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone that loves mexican cuisine. We couldnt have been happier with our choice last night. Last Visits y'all are doing an excellent job. Thanks so much for some great food and customer service. .

Fairly good food. They don't offer enough plates that are not extremely spicy..
